Enabled Not Disabled is an international brand and movement. Put simply we are going to revolutionise disability. We believe that irrespective of ability or disability given the right opportunity anyone can flourish and be successful.
Our aim is identify and raise awareness of the struggles faced by disabled people, providing the necessary tools and training for people who work with disabled people to help them maximise their full potential.
How will we do this?
By creating subtle but powerful shifts in the psyche of society we will change the way how you look at, interact with and understand disability.
Everyone’s Welcome
Our recent project that is breaking barriers in Sport
The aim is to increase ethnic diversity from grassroots to elite level in Paralympic sport so that Team GB and Paralympics GB truly reflect the diverse fabric of Great Britain. This is the first campaign of its kind in the UK that wrestles with the huge diversity gap that exists in disability sport and working to make Paralympic sport inclusive, and accessible to all.

Right now, Paralympic sport in the UK is overwhelmingly white and that has to change. There are Black and Asian kids across Britain who’ve never thought sport was for them—not because they don’t love it, but because they’ve never seen someone who looks like them in a GB kit on TV. Growing up, I rarely saw Black or Asian Paralympians on the world stage. That invisibility sends a message: “You don’t belong here.”
BUT we’re flipping the system: instead of expecting people to find the sport, we bring Paralympic sport to them—into schools, local clubs, and community centres where participation is lowest, but potential is everywhere. We also work to eliminate high entry costs, one of the biggest hidden barriers to taking part. Our belief is simple: talent and ambition shouldn't be limited by postcode, race, or income.
